Independent Installation Contractor perform the installation of weatherization measures as prescribed by the program Lead Vendor. Portions of their work can be self generated while other portions are allocated to them from assessments performed by the Lead Vendor. Home Performance Contractors generate 100% of their own assessment leads, which dictates all of their weatherization work. HPCs must complete a Home Energy Assessment to scope the weatherization and then complete that work scope in house.

CLEAResult follows the guidance from the state of Massachusetts' Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation for the applicable services being provided to customers. There may be additional program or trade certifications required for specific services offered.
Yes, all staff is required to pass a background check including a 4 panel drug screening. All checks are required to be completed through 'Accurate'. https://www.accurate.com/my-background-check/

Self generation of work is strongly encouraged however CLEAResult uses various methods to distribute work based on the services being provided. Allocation may be dependant on territory, quaility of work, customer satisfaction, capacity, customer recruitment and maintaining good standing against requirements outlined in the participation agreement.
No. All installation and/or evaluation of program work and efficiency measures must be performed by the participating contractor.
